Those first few weeks after delivering your baby can be beautiful, challenging, and full of big emotion moments. Maybe you are an expectant parent who wants to learn the art of breastfeeding and get your questions answered. I am here to help!
As a nurse for 20+ years and IBCLC since 2017, I have extensive knowledge in caring for and supporting families and their new babies. You’ll often find me working with families of preemies in a Level III NICU. I have worked in the outpatient setting as well as mother-baby units caring for mothers and their families. It gives me so much joy to see you and your baby soar!
I absolutely LOVE supporting the families I work with through their journey and celebrating their successes! My passion truly lies in seeing you through those difficult times. Let me shoulder some of the immense weight that you carry in feeding and nurturing your new baby. Your journey through lactation is deeply personal and individual. My approach will always be family centered and uniquely created for you.
If you choose to work with me, know that I am dedicated to creating an individualized plan for you that is evidence-based and will help to reach your goals. I will be a strong advocate for you and love nothing more than to be your cheerleader, your compassionate ear, and will find creative ways to solve any challenge.
Please know, I am passionate about inclusivity and supporting the LBGTQ+ and BIPOC communities. With that, I have experience in co-lactation, induced lactation, and actively work to resolve disparities in health care. I want nothing more than to create a safe space for you and your family.
